Terms of Service
These are the terms for using KEENY. They apply whenever you use it.
Use it for your own work. Only use KEENY for accounts, participants and records you are allowed to manage. Never use it to get into someone else’s information without their authority.
It is software, not advice. KEENY helps you do the work. It does not replace legal, financial, clinical or NDIS advice. Services KEENY connects to, such as payments, delivery, assistants or claims, have their own terms and can be unavailable.
Check before you rely on it. You are responsible for checking information before you rely on it or send it to anyone. KEENY keeps track of what happened with each outside action and never calls one finished without the evidence.
Keep your access private. Don’t share your sign-in, invite codes or share codes.
Availability. KEENY can be unavailable at times for maintenance, security or problems with services it relies on. Nothing on this website promises uninterrupted service, a payment, an NDIS decision, a search ranking or that anyone else will accept what you send.
